The Bahamas was unreal…! The weather was perfect, the food was healthy and delicious and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen! Needless to say I took advantage of it everyday on my new health kick! I ventured over to the other resort one night and hit the casino.. and my favourite japanese restaurant, Nobu. But mainly I spent my time soaking up the sun and scenery.
A Kodak moment!

New York was amazing, as ever..! The novelty fails to wear off…. I love the visual of the yellow taxis whizzing around!! The Americans are so friendly with such a great sense of service and of course the shopping is mind blowing! I stayed at the stunning Plaza hotel…. It was beautifully grand but not my favourite in New York…
I ran around Central Park… keeping up with my fitness resolution! And I burned off all the calories from my Mandarin Oriental Apple pie by trying on every dress in the BEBE store..
I landed in the Bahamas this evening and the hotel here, so far is incredible… Room service and an early night tonight, followed by an early morning run and a day of sporting my new Victorias Secret bikini on the beach!
A quick facial before the flight in the BA lounge!
Lounge breakfast.
Dinner time on the flight.
The famous Apple Pie from the Mandarin New York.
The Plaza.
Beautiful Bahamas.

I have been excited to see Ricky Gervais presenting the 2012 Golden Globes since it was announced months ago that they were having him back! I have also been equally as excited to see what wonderful gowns the ladies were wearing…. Here are some of my favourites!
My idol! Angelina Jolie looking sensational as always in one of her favourite designers; Versace.
Salma Hayek in a fierce gown by Gucci.
Nicole Kidman looking better than ever in another stunning gown by Versace.

Have had such a lovely, action packed weekend….! Ballet friday, The Wolseley for breakfast and shopping spree saturday followed by a gorgeous dinner at E&O in Notting hill…. Finished off today with a catch up with mum over lunch..! Preparations have begun for my New York trip… which has partly involved working out outfits for every evening so I avoid over packing… It doesn’t seem to be helping!
Great seats at the Ballet!
I wore a gown by Diane Von Furstenberg.
A HUGE pot of tea with my breakfast at The Wolseley.
One of my new purchases from the shoppathon!
And the delicious Black Cod at E&O!

Tonight I am going to see Romeo and Juliet the Ballet at what I believe to be, one of the most beautiful theatres in London… The Royal Opera House! Before the show I’ll be going for an early dinner at The Delaunay, a new restaurant opened by the owners of The Wolseley. Like The Wolseley, the food is beautiful and so is the dining room… Its like stepping back into 1920s elegance… I cant wait
The Dance of the Knights blew me away…. Hearing the live orchestra play such a powerful piece was such a privilege!

After closing the chapter on another year… I was thinking 2012 will have to be pretty special to top the year I’ve just had.. From joining Elite Model Management..

spending the summer in Ibiza..
to my mum getting married…this last year has been epic!
The good news is 2012 has already started off on the right foot as next week I am going to New York… followed by the Bahamas!
Here is to another 12 months filled with good food, travel, family, friends and health and happiness!
Desperate to get back on the exercise band wagon I went trainer shopping yesterday and I will be using them to run along the beach at the Ocean Club in Nassau…
I chose the grey ones.. however I’d much rather of been buying heels instead.. therefore I am hoping to burn lots of calories shopping in NYC too!
Ciao for now x
